Brendan Clark

Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director

Western Australian born entrepreneur and philanthropist Brendan commenced his career in real estate and property development. After success at a young age, he relocated to Zambia in 2013 to dedicate his time to his charity, Health Hope Zambia, by developing the country’s largest malnutrition hospital with the assistance of his charity ambassador, Gene Simmons, and continued to establish the country’s largest not-for-profit ambulance and mobile medical clinic service.

Brendan’s first mining investment was in the Zambian mining sector to facilitate growth in several corporate responsibility programs he had established. He is the CEO and co-founder of several Zambia-based mining development and exploration companies that have a range of projects from reprocessing of high grade Copper and Cobalt tailings ore, to large scale exploration for base and precious metals.

Trevor Matthews

Non-Executive Chairman

Trevor has an accounting and finance background with over 30 years’ experience in the Resources industry, including roles with diversified resources companies North and WMC Resources in executive-level positions. His current role is Managing Director for Volt Resources Limited, with his two previous roles as Managing Director for MZI Resources (2012-16) and Murchison Metals (2005-12). During his career, Trevor has gained considerable experience managing many nascent greenfields resource projects through to production. Consequently, he has extensive executive management experience of feasibility studies, project planning/development, coordination and leveraging capital markets effectively to secure the appropriate mix of debt/equity funding, to successfully develop a mining project.

Trevor holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Western Australia and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.

James Bahen

Non-Executive Director & Company Secretary

James is a Corporate Advisory Executive and Chartered Secretary who commenced his career in audit and assurance with a chartered accounting firm. He is currently a Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary to a number of ASX listed companies, and has a broad range of corporate governance and capital markets experience, having been involved with public company listings, M&A transactions and capital raisings for ASX-listed companies across the Resource industry.

James is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia and holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting and Finance.

Robbie Featherby

Joint Company Secretary

Robbie Featherby is a Corporate Advisory Executive who holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Finance and Economics. Mr Featherby has an extensive number of years’ experience in the financial services industry, more recently spending 4 years in London working at a leading investment research provider in the private equity sector.

Mr Featherby now provides company secretary services for a number of private and public companies.

Professor Ken Collerson

Technical Advisor

As Professor of Earth Sciences at the University of Queensland, Ken established a world class isotope and trace element geochemical facility. He is an authority on REE and technology metal mineralisation, shoshonite-hosted epithermal Au-Ag (PGM) systems and application of biogeochemistry to define exploration targets.

Michael Busbridge

Chief Geologist

Michael has over 39 years in the mining industry with an invaluable mix of gold, nickel, copper, lead & zinc, lithium oil & graphite exploration experience throughout Australia coupled with several year’s experience as a mine / development geologist.
